We may contact you by email or telephone to inform you of the status of any services purchased from us and in response to enquiries. We may also inform you of our latest offers and packages. It is for this reason that it is important for you to ensure that emails from us are not blocked by your spam filters. If you would like to stop us sending promotional emails, just email us. - The use of any service provided by us for the distribution/publication any content or material of which you are not the sole owner or do not have permission for is forbidden
- Our images, content, layouts, designs, animations, scripts, programs, systems, frameworks, source code, ideas and concepts remain the property of PineCone. Illegal copying or distribution of any of the above is forbidden
- The use of our services/products must always be within local and UK law
- Violent or aggressive behaviour when in contact with us is forbidden
We may also cancel any services you have purchased from us without warning or refund for any other reasons we deem unlawful or unethical, and upon failure to keep up payment.
Any software we write for you is licence, rather than sold, to you, and we retain ownership of concepts, code and all aspects of the software we provide. We may revoke your licence without notice or refund in the event of unlawful conduct, copying, illegal use and breaking any terms or conditions listed on this page.
PineCone retains ownership of all content created by us including, but not limited to, graphics, images, animations, files, text, logos, concepts, designs, styles and layouts. The copying or distribution of any of these articles without our written consent is forbidden.
PineCone accepts no responsibility for invalid content, illegal access to your files by hacking or other means from a third party, deleted files or data loss for any of its services. The client/recipient of any of our services purchases them upon the understanding that it is their own responsibility to back up files and data.
Software purchased from PineCone comes with absolutely no warranty to the extent permitted by the applicable law.
PineCone's 'free hosting' lasts for two years, and hosting costs £50 for each year thereafter. You may purchase alternative hosting from a third party for use with any of our services providing that PineCone is provided with complete FTP and any relevant database control for managing your website(s) and/or system(s).
PineCone accepts no responsibility for the content or services provided by third parties, even if used in conjunction with one of PineCone's services.
